Congratulations to the members of The Felix Project, who represented Colaiste Eanna at the national finals of the CanSat Competition on Saturday. The challenge for the teams was to create a demonstration satellite that fits inside a standard drinks can. The Felix Project narrowly missed out on progressing to the European finals in Norway, where the cansats will be launched by rocket to an altitude greater than 1 km.
ENBIO were proud to support the team, whose SolarBlack-clad cansat performed beautifully.
